Laura Foster - Donor Development Coordinator

Laura was born in South Bend, Indiana, but raised in Beijing, China. She moved back to Indiana at the age of 18 to attend college, and she is currently a student at Bethel College where she is majoring in Sociology and Intercultural Studies. Her family consists of her mom, dad and three siblings. She attends Redeemer Missionary Church.

My favorite Bible character is  Esther. Super cliche girl, I know, but I believe she was one of the bravest people in the Bible and I think she would be an awesome person to meet (besides Jesus, of course . . . )

My favorite ice cream flavor is  Chocolate peanut butter.

My favorite pizza topping is  I would say all of them, but I definitely don’t love olives or pineapple, so maybe everything BUT those two things.

If I were a cartoon character I would be  Sadness from Inside Out (the drama of her character resonates with me. I am not always sad. But I do give up sometimes).

Something you would never guess about me is  I have always been scared of people who wear Santa Claus costumes in department stores and malls.

Things I like include  Singing all of the time, running, writing, traveling, making food, eating the food I make, going on long walks outside, drinking tea AND coffee, and being with people I love.

My number one pet peeve is  When the faucet isn’t turned off all the way and is left dripping.

I want to be remembered for  LOVE and PEACE.
